• Once we receive your documents, our team will create an individual file for your return
• A 15 minute Virtual meeting can be set for final review with the client before E-filing

• Uploaded documents to our portal are treated as a drop-off return. 
• You can always upload documents through the portal as you are receiving them.
• If you miss to bring a form or document to a meeting or drop off file.

• We will update you via email once we start working on your return
• You are able to “secure message” us through your account 
• We will update you once signature pages are ready
• We will update you once your return is ready to be E-Filed
